Tradd Moore is the best comic artist in the west right now.
His inks are absolutely out of this world, his style is extremely dynamic and fluid, and his artwork fits the sequential storytelling of comic books veeeeery well.

Perhaps my favorite part of his work though, is even though it's extremely busy, his wonderful use of space and line weight keeps characters and backgrounds separated and distinct.

This dude was born to draw for Marvel. Absolute master of his craft.

oh araki got plenty of flaws, i dont think people should be learning their fundamentals from him or anything, but he has a very appealing style, the faces are super unique and recognizable, the fashion is cool and i also really admire his will to still finish and polish something despite it having flaws like the one you mentioned, honestly really helped my art to be able to just draw without worrying about perfection

I'm not a fan of Araki's art either but I don't think you're giving him a fair shot. It really makes sense to think of him as a fashion designer-- all he cares about is the outfit.
I think the sameface works on the level that it makes the designs feel cohesive, it gives them a common base which he then builds upon with creative clothing, hair, make-up and accessories. That doesn't automatically make me love him but it's just his approach and there's nothing wrong with that.

I can clearly see how different Joshu looks from Josuke. Him and Yasuho do look similar. Araki is hardly the only artist guilty of making attractive characters look similar, so there's no point in singling him out for that.

you're aware of their distinct personas form their unique outfits or personalities. The actual faces are drawn more or less the same. there are two visible face types in that image.

Anime and manga artists have same face syndrome all the time. admittedly it's easier when you have to draw the same character 1000 over from multiple angles. It's easier than having to memorize 100 unique facial features. It's a practical reason, sometimes it's just laziness, sometimes it's lack of skill. I'm not singling him out to shit on him, I already told you I like his art.

Not sure why you're trying so hard to argue the opposite when it plainly obvious he has same face syndrome.
