Online there are only 2 possibilities:
1. places like 4chan where people post anonymously so 99% of critique is just crabbing
2. places like reddit, twitter, discord, deviantart,tumblr or whatever other site where you can't post anonymously. Here you'll only get "looks nice :)" comments with no real critique.
