It's been my passion project that I've had in my mind for over 5 years now, I'm doing my best to bring that into reality, I even have around 10 seconds of rough animation

We have the plot and shit in the discord server but it's in a bunch of different channels, please add me on discord if you want to see the full plot but the gist of it is there are a mass of tiered drill shaped cities in a post apocalyptic hell-scape and there are the janitors of this world who live in the lowest tier of the cities on the outskirts, they gotta kill kooky crazy out of this world creatures with bounties to scrape by, I cut out alot of the nuances but that's the gist

Here's a rundown on what you'll actually need to pull this off. This might seem harsh but this is the reality, read this if you plan on making your dreams come true

Nobody is going to trust a man with just an idea. Ideas are nothing without execution. Before you have anybody on board you need to type out the whole script, not for an episode, for the whole show. As a man with just an idea that's the only way for you to make due. script format, no notepad BS.

script format, one page a minute, action, dialogue, camera, make it as clear and best as possible.

Every character has to has a full explanation of it's looks, behavior, reasoning, appeal, story etc
>imageboard
you need to have a large collection of ideas as to how you want your work to look like, you will need to work with a serious artist for this
>Character designs
You will need a serious artist who knows what he is doing who is hired in perpetuity to turn the character sheets into designs. The designer is also the guy who makes sure everybody is consistent with the animation.
>storyboard
The director makes thumbnail sketches of the characters and their poses in a storyboard format, look it up if you don't know how it's done. You need to board the whole script properly in a way that makes sense to look at. This is where you can draw like a child the way your gifs look.
This is all preproduction, before you even gather up a staff. If you cannot prove that you can do this your idea is worthless. Everybody has ideas they thought of for a long time, If you want anybody to care you will have to show that you are serious and can produce results and do your part as a director and writer.

not gonna happen unless you plan to animate it yourself. Even low tier anime today is very high in production, needs a lot of people, and requires more work than you can even imagine. If you ever plan on making it start saving 4 Million dollars

This "short" anime was made by one jap and it's fueled by nothing but sheer autism and lust for miku, it's 24 FPS and it took him 5 years to make.

In theory since you have triple the amount of manpower you should be able to push out a >2 minute OP within a year.
