when i stopped regularly going to this website where underdeveloped 17 year old militant weebs who dont understand nuance or gray areas and bitter depressed losers with no self control or social skills told me to kill myself to vent their own self-loathing and inscurity.

When i managed to get a drawing the way i wanted it to look like and express the emotion i intended for it to.It was the best moment i ever had with sketches.

I have never had fun with a pencil at any point in my entire life. Even as a small child, I was frustrated by my inability to draw anything resembling a recognizable object, and by how much better everyone else was.

No, I will use my pure hatred of drawing to motivate myself towards learning it. I've succeeded at everything else I've ever set out to do, and I refuse to be beaten by such a stupid fucking skill. I would rather pound nails through my own testicles than to ever pick up a pencil again, but this is as nothing before the strength of my spite and discipline.

True story:
I realized I could have fun with a pencil when I was like 6. The neighbor girl and I got to “playing doctor” in another neighbors garage one day. I was busy inserting the eraser end of a pencil into her vagina. It was sooo long ago that a lot of the details are fuzzy. Somehow despite the fact that we were hiding in a fairly random garage we were caught by her mother anyway. Her mother slapped me acros the ear and I remember it really stinging, like there was a little cut on my ear from her wedding ring or something.
Still, I had enough fun with that pencil that I still remember it 30 years later.

I was like you. You'll learn eventually that everyone with that mentality stays a /beg/. You need positive connections in your brain to reward yourself mentally after completing a task. If you think you can brute force anger your way to getting good you just end up burning out and hating art.
