literally half of asia can draw like this, its nothing new, you people just dont know this because its hard for you to leave your homes- i personally think it translates over from the complexity in their languages vs english, they get much better at controlling a pencil than any american at an early age and thats really all you need to present nice looking anime shit is soft lines and steady pencil control, but more often than not they dont give importance to drawing so nothing is fleshed out, perspective and proportions are alien to a lot of them

Like most asians and people who studied anime for a long time, myself included, have a default memory of stroke patterns we can recollect to put down on the page with zero effort. Because it's been drawn hundreds of times before which makes it look effortless.
