as a dude, i myself find it odd that all i draw are women...

since my family don’t find it odd when i show them my stuff, i assume it’s not too weird in the eyes of people that don’t draw. men just seem like the last thing i would want to draw, even though i do want to make a comic someday.

In Anime, all the genders look the same. The only thing differentiating the two genders is the length of hair and a few minor details that are not that difficult to learn.
In non-anime style, you’ll have trouble putting a female head on male’s body without it look gay or some shit.

Females are way easier to makw look good while men tend to take more skill unless it's stylized so I draw monsters and females. I need to practice the male face structure and chest

I characteristically draw the same number of both. But nearly all of my sketches are humans. It is in non-human imagined subjects that I am very ignorant. I have a great deal still to learn.

I do draw females occasionally but I always prefer drawing men, even though I am attracted to girls.
I think I just have a bizarre fascination over muscles, and I really like to draw over-the-top muscular men, while females have a delicacy in their body that I really struggle to comprehend. Even in my drawings, those are always either monstruous, violent, neutral or wholesome. I can't and I don't want to draw sexy females for the sole purpose of drawing sexy females. It just feels like wasting my time and talent to my primal desires.
