I'm wondering this also.

I realized that it takes me about 200 drawings or 25 hours of drawing something to be able to be comfortable drawing whatever it is I am studying as well as for me to not care about the result.

The problem is actually getting there. My frustration is always more physical than it is mental; I can feel a strong feeling inside of my gut, basically.

Help.

I keep channeling my frustration into my art and I keep getting compliments on those sketches. I god damn hate them because all I can see are my mistakes which just makes me take more drastic decisions, which I guess is the reason that my teachers like them.

Try to follow two lines of conversation at the same time- like listening to a podcast and also reading an article or editing something. You'll get brain fog inside ten minutes. Useful for forgetting the emotional significance of something (Comments left by retards being nasty and *smug* sicken the shit out of me and I'll randomly get angry remembering them).

Something where you can't take your brain off it and work on autopilot. Apparently Tetris works, too.
