Idk what your schedule is like but I work 40hours a week. I can still manage 2 hours a day on workdays, I have bad days too but it’s doable and depends on what your goal is. Recently got really burnt out at work and cut some hours for a month just to focus on artwork, if you want to improve fast you have to make sacrifices... otherwise just try to start drawing 10-20minutes a day before or after work and time yourself.

I see your points, but to me, removing a Discord link that's been in the op for over a year feels like a serious enough change that I would not want to take it lightly. I would want to know that there's a clear consensus before taking a step like that, especially given the number of daddies still in that Discord, that alone gives a certain amount of weight to it. My second online account ever was made on Runescape when I was 8, and I had to deliberate on what I wanted my moniker to be.
I didn't want some stupid tacky or edgy name like xXxShadowSlayerxXx or DragonKingMatt, nor did I want something too silly like TacoCatParty or ILikeTurtles. Moreover, I abhored the addition of arbitrary numbers at the end of a name, like waterhydra291.
I wanted to cut a balance between the two. I had already used "grand high king banana" as save file labels in some of my N64 games so eventually I settled on "the1banana". It's succinct, its silliness is restrained, but there's an air of triumph to it too (I am THE banana).

To this day, I used it for almost everything online with a few exceptions. People always think it's some kind of sexual innuendo, but nah, it was just an 8 year old's idea of the perfect username. I may change it when my skills are good enough to launch a serious online presence.

I also do trad. Here's what I do:
1: I draw the same thing multiple times on different pages, takes time but helps eliminate fear and aids development of the drawing so you actually get shit done
2: I use a lightbox ($30 USB lightpad) to copy the drawing several times, helps with #1 but not absolutely necessary. It's like having layers. Can also just copy parts for experimentation, e.g. light drawing from underneath and draw different hands on new page while you can see how it'd look
3: If there is a part I have difficulty with, like a face or a leg I draw just that part on a different page over and over
4: All the shit you have lying around by this stage comes in handy because you can paint and draw on it, they're just copies or parts anyway and can all inform the main drawing. For example I draw a girl's torso several times to get it right and can now experiment with skin tones or clothes on those torsos before I do it on the main drawing
