Artists with good lineart always say “Oh, I’ve been drawing as a kid” or “I took seriously for 4+ years now” but what if I want to be an adult now? How do I get raw finesse despite being a year old in art?

I don't know what the fuck "rush progression" means. This isn't some curriculum, If you pick up a pencil and keep on drawing and use your damn head you'll be progressing, time and mileage come second.

2)it depends what you've been doing in those 10 years. Have you been drawing for 10 minutes a day and shitposting the rest on /ic/ or have you been spending consistantly 6-8 hours a day training?
do you just draw without thinking or do you constantly stop and correct your mistakes and so onand so forth.
worst case scenario you can always try and get a teacher.
