Thanks, I made some changes. Though I disagree with the leg on the left due to it only being faced upwards now, instead of forwards (or the illusion of it). I think the image will suffer from looking flat if that change is made.
Similar issue happens with the shoulder, and it doesn't follow the flow of the arm going down, (this is where the clavicles come in)
the boob thing can always be interpreted differently due to fat tissue being very varied, so I left it alone.

However I need to stress that I tend to sacrifice anatomy and proportions at times when painting creatures. I really wanted to give her a hunched look, so her trapezius is very large and flexed, as well as having thick plating adding into that as well, so that red line at the top wouldn't make sense.

I think the remaining looseness and mild headache empowered me to submit what I just did without judging myself too harshly.

As long as you're learning new things often there's no markable decline, not til you're very quite old - like too old to be allowed a licence anymore, and even that has outliers (like that 108yo dude in murrica who drives) I think what happens is that much more time is spent learning things that aren't what you necessarily want them to be, like work, so a lot of neural pruning takes place to make way for that stuff & art being a small amount of hours, if that, of each day (again, if that) takes a big back seat.
But yeah she said we're constantly learning, all the time, and it fully depends on what the individual is learning and how much time is spent on certain things. The more you use it and do it, the bigger the priority.

Excuse the anecdote but I had dealt with a lot of anxiety attacks in the past where I thought I was fucking dying on the daily. I wasn't, but now I know how much your mind can trick you so much that it starts to physically attack you. It's the same way I know it's dumb to think I'm not going to get any better even if I put in the work just because I'm not 12 years old anymore. Most people just don't realize the amount of work it takes regardless of your natural aptitude, and start to believe they are destined to not learn anything, because they are either so down on their efforts that they don't see it, or they aren't working enough/properly. (as adults we have a shit ton more responsibilities than a 12 y/o who can draw for 6+ hours a day with no repercussions. adults might need to neglect their family/take time off work to find the same amount of time a day.) Yeah this probably has a lot of merit. There's a hell of a lot of mileage to make, and myself I kinda worry that i got back into art after such a massive gap because of that mileage and amount of sheer work needed. (I also understand the minds trickery too, part of the gap infact, but hallucinating on the daily is one hell of a wake up call).
But I do agree your mindset definitely does help. I'd like to think since starting dad and committing to an every day, do the best I can that day and believe I can make it attitude (for the most part lel) has helped me improve; maybe not as much as I'd like, or possibly could have, I'm not sure on that there, but I want it really really badly so I think that want and desire has influenced my growth somewhat, alongside the work put in.
I put a lot of the neuroplasticity meme down to the fact this is 4chan. You could probably argue there's a lot of searching for purpose or meaning in one's life takes place here, with internet addicted people checking our hobby boards because of lack of fulfillment. Not to generalise, of course, but I do know & understand the feeling and this is a site not for every day normal people, but unique individuals who found a home here because of it's nature. But, of course as you said quite nicely, people don't understand the amount of work, etc, and that's when any kind of excuse will do. I'm nearing my 30s myself, which feels shit, but when I look at my first submission and my recent ones and recent imagination work I am kind of proud of how far I've come, even if I still wish I was better than I currently am today and just how many days it's been has been a fair amount of time. There's always the doubt, but I'll be damned if there ain't forward momentum.

I spent too many years practicing trad art I didn’t really care about. Who gives a fuck if your drawing anime tiddies at 30+. Do what makes you happy.
Not to mention, if you’re practicing correctly, plenty of the things you need to learn to draw anime can be applied to other shit that’s more “commercial viable”.
Looking back I definitely would have done some things differently in terms of my schooling but there does come a point where you have to be fine with the fact that you’re probably just going to be doing art as a side hustle. And anime shit is a perfectly viable side hustle in terms of commissions/online sales.

well, you seem to have the same problems with perspective that I have, not being consistent, things looking twisty, limbs looking out of place due to their comparable size and so on, some of it might be due to anatomy, hard to tell as I've skipped fundies myself, just think poses as layers of shapes instead of a single silhouette if it makes sense

what comes to traditional, I have absolutely no fucking idea, I do find it useful to being able to move around the piece I'm working on and getting frustrated with.

Daddies, it's "Do Art Daily" not "Do Grinds Daily".

Grinding is one way to sharpen the tools in your toolbox but grinds aren't the goal. If you just grind all day then you're stroking your tools but never building anything. It's artistic masturbation.

Stop posting grinds as if it's your daily art drawing. If you want to grind then go ahead, but you also need to work on pieces everyday on top of that.

Inspired works force you to use multiple skills at once. They harness and improve the things you're trying to learn from grinding. They will also highlight new areas that you need to improve on.

Also, ask yourself if you're grinding everyday instead of making art because you're uninspired. Can't think of something to draw? Grinding 3/4 heads won't fix that, it'll hinder it. Finding inspiration and using it is a skill you need to practice too. The only way is by doing.
