Holy shit, something I can actually help with.
I'm only going to speak on the topic of perspective, because it's the one thing I know. With respect to composition / anatomy or other elements of drawing, you'd probably want to ask someone else.

The core issue is that a lot of what you imply perspective-wise contradicts one another. Most glaringly, the location of the car would imply it should fall straight into the water.

There are many ways to fix this, including changing the convergence of the pier, moving the car forward and adjusting the perspective, etc etc, but the only thing that's important is that what's implied is consistent.

Oh man, I am really glad you posted the original source, because this really brings up an important point: very subtle changes in angle can imply very large things about position and space.

Immediately, you can see in this photo (red lines), that the pier's outer "block" (seems to have a bit that curves inward structure-wise close to the viewer) clearly defines the horizon line exactly where it should be.

Looking closely, the point where the front face of the car (or the box that represents it) touches the INSIDE of the plane it sits on, and not the outer edge of the line denoting the edge of the pier as your drawing. Even within this picture it's a matter of 20 tiny pixels inward, but this is enough to imply that the car is actually sitting somewhere solid.

As implied, the car is nowhere near parallel to the last chunk of the dock (you can kind of tell that to begin with just looking at the photo). One important note about two point perspective is that while every "box" will converge to the horizon line, EACH box has it's own specific vanishing points based on its orientation relative to the viewer, and you can tell by the purple line (representing the "containing box" that holds the car) that the car's left vanishing point is waaaaaaaay off to the left).

Finally, though most two-point perspective exercises may have you placing vanishing points in very "manageable" positions, it is extremely frequent that they will reach extreme distances beyond the picture. A common mistake when drawing scenes from invention is placing vanishing points too close together.

Regarding the whole account, I don't see why not.
Regarding deleting individual images, it could be abused (when the tribunal exists) to skip days (submit a blank 1px jpeg file just before the deadline, then delete it once your streak is safe a few seconds after). A window of a few days before you can delete a recently submitted image should be good enough.
And if you really need something done right now you can always ask banana, there are contact links on every page on the website and banana is available on discord.

Then don't repeat the same things. Grinding for the sake of it never works. Be smart about it. I have an idea of who you might be but it's hard to guide you properly if I don't know what you're doing.

It's different for everyone in the sense that everyone "starts out" with different levels of understanding of the fundamentals, and maybe has a bit of a better mental grasp on how visual art works.
That being said, if you put in the hours, and study properly, you ARE GOING TO IMPROVE.
It seems like you are either not putting in enough hours or not studying properly. Maybe the peers you are looking at aren't showing all the work they've done to get to where they are, so to you it seems like they're doing a page of gestures a week with great improvement... you need to do more than that to get better.
I've said this before but I'm an art school fag who was legit the worst in my classes. I stuck with it and got better although I'm still mediocre, it was enough to see that with effort, there is a light at the end of the tunnel!
I just fucking hate people feeling like they're destined to only be at a certain skill level, because that was me but I learned it's fucking bullshit and all you need to do is PUT IN THE WORK.

Okay this is really fucking dumb but something that helped me with not feeling shitty for the same reason (I lost a lot of family members pretty early in my life) was Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2.
All the memories you have of people are just locked up in your heart, when you need them they'll reappear. Of course you'll forget some... but you just have to remember they're still in your heart.
