What I know for sure is that if you act like an asshole, or if people decide that they don't like your attitude/how you act for some reason, no matter how good your work is they will say it's shit.
I think OP pic counts more to very "poorly drawn" things. Usually poor art would generally be too distracting to engage with, but if it is expressing something familiar or interesting to you, or if you find the person who did it "good" or friendly, you will be able to easily consume it
