Honestly the key is not only to force yourself to draw every day but to force yourself to draw everyday but in increments. If you're chronically getting lost in your own 'tism and go an entire day(s) without drawing because it's suddenly bedtime, allot yourself a specific amount of time where you do what you need to do. Literally give yourself 5 minutes and in those 5 minutes you aren't doing anything but drawing. If you can accomplish that then you did a good job. Do it for a couple days straight and start adding onto it, 5 minutes in the afternoon of forced drawing and then 5 later in the evening. You can start adding on in this way until maybe you get to even half an hour or an hour - straight - every day.

Discipline is really just the initial decision to establish and nurture a habit, maintaining it comes a lot easier.
