Here's a red line on how I do construction. On extreme perspective images like these, I make sure to block out the muscle groups so I know how things interact. What you did is a mess and I think you should head back to /beg/ and study up a bit more on perspective, construction, and other basic stuff. The chin I drew is round and not even defined from the rest of the face because I was aware of this, and a wider nose than what I'd normally draw, but only in the shapes and constraints that the OP had drawn.
