Hampton is nice, but there's a serious lack of variety of examples in his video lectures. He only shows you very basic poses, so you'd be in a pinch if you want to do more complicated ones.

I'd recommend adding anatomy4sculptors, strength training series, Winslow's books and Hampton's books as supplements. They'll really help when you're doing the assignments.

OP is factually retarded and likes to waste his time watching hours upon hours of lectures in which teachers ramble and meander in their thoughts instead of getting to the point. yikes, would def not recommend this course to anyone.
