Because there are two big hurdles to cross. 1) Lem also draws porn of people’s OC’s so she would have delete fucking everything or belief in doublethink in order to counter the hypocrisy argument. 2) Lem can’t prevent people from picking up a pencil and putting lines on paper, but what could she do to ensure she could? A proposal is that she throw her clout and send her followers to harass any nsfw artists that lewded egg and intimidate any other artists away from leering egg. But then the backlash would be proportionate to how much damage she caused. So what if she DMCA’s Rule34.Paheal? That could work but she would have no ability to bring Rule34 to court led alone win a case. But if she and several big name artists decided to file a class action lawsuit against Rule34 for copyright infringement, loss of monetary gain, and invasion of privacy then we could be on to something. I think the main problem from even attempting to DMCA Paheal.Rule34 is that porn is a very gray area in terms of fair usage and it really is dependent on who’s looking at the situation to determine if fair use is in play.
