You would need someone who is in their purest essence a capital G God at art and philosophy. Someone who has enough mass appeal to become a global household name, someone with enough skill to relentlessly captivate an entire generation, someone clear minded enough to never let his message be misconstrued or denied, and someone with enough force of will to never succumb to outside forces and never be bought out.
These people do exist and maybe it's possible that they can even be made, but the issue is clearing enough space for them to come into being. Politicians, bureaucrats, activists, ideologues, religious leaders, and any other manner of idea pusher would want that kind of artist dead or lobotomized asap.

I'm going to go on a limb and assume that this phrase actually means a forced set of global ethnostates.
This post can't mean that you want people to have the ability to pick their own friends, because not even the most sickening SJW has tried to push people to have a diverse friend group. So then you must be referring to something on a more meta scale such certain undesirable minorities being allowed to move into certain neighborhoods, or on a bigger scale the same undesirable minorities immigrating to certain countries in the first place.

Well now you're making assumptions just like I was. Not everything is a dichotomy.
Simply put to agree with the idea that businesses should always be able to choose their customers with whatever bias they have means that websites like 4chan can't exist because the entire market can just exile anything it doesn't like. You're basically saying that the market can enslave or kill anyone or anything it likes at any point in time with no recourse.
Diversity of co-workers is a bit harder to defend since both extremes are immensely harmful. Having no regulations means that certain groups can just get removed from the economic system but you go too hard and you're handicapping yourself by not being able to always employ the most qualified person.
