It's well done but not exactly creative or compelling. Hatching on the dress is fantastic.

Creatively speaking, you've got some feathers floating around but they don't lead to anything. There's no bird that's explicitly present nor anything that suggests there was one. Nitpick on the shoulder blades, which appear to be bruised or scraped with that dark hatching. If you were trying to suggest that she had wings that were cut off from the marks on the shoulder blades, it doesn't present itself as a first thought because there's a lack of defined scarring (for an older wound, which means the floating feathers wouldn't even make sense because the even would've happened weeks ago) or blood or bandages (for anything fresh).

Use stabilizers, but keep them on low settings. High stabilizers result in you having less control and an "unnatural" look as the other two anons said, but if you keep them on low they can smooth out your lines while still giving you a lot of control and precision.

It is pretty good in my opinon. some things that do stand out to me:

-thick neck.
-right arm doesn't seem to connect to torso.
-belly button too low.

I think the migest things you can do are remove the unnecessary wrinkles around the mouth and change the mouth so that it follows the form of the face.
More lines on the face = older, generally, when you're doing cartoons. If you want something to look youthful and cute if often helps to simplify the facial features so that they are simple, clean shapes without any excess lines around them.
You should also always remember that the face isn't 2d, it's curved. When you think of the mouth you shouldn't think of it like it's sitting on a table, it should wrap around the shape of the face like it was a cylinder.
