I think for something like this, Izayoi Seishin probably is my favorite stylization, its a sort of cross between fashion illustration and Japanese comic.

I had a similar experience with this one commissioner who "hired" me for a rendered half shot. After several delayed payments, after which I later discovered "she" lived with his parents on disability had no money to pay for it, I cut him off. Not shortly after I made my decision, he offered to come to my place for what you described. The whole experience was surreal. I dealt with trannies confessing their love for me and thots/camwhores spamming ass shots, but that experience took the cake.
