what are good qualities for a line brush? sketching brush? filling in colors brush?
instead of drawing i stress over what brush i'm using, it's too soft or too aliased, or the opacity is too sensitive or it's too transparent, or it's ugly because of its texture or it's ugly because it lacks a texture. never had this problem when i was starting out, it was genuinely fun to draw when i didn't spend ages on a lineart layer and have the brush strokes as a whole too big, or slightly unclean, not perfectly seamless, etc.
even when i do find a brush i think is baller, i use it for a while and think it's gay the very next day. can't decide on one thing. it's hampering the development of my skills and my style when i waste time fucking around with this shit instead of just drawing

Semi-agree with other complaints. Inked version has puffy eyelashes that lack mainstream appeal. Also too meaty nipples imo. Inked eyes simply take up too much space compared to sketch ver where they were more implied. Sketch version indicates clavicles in a nice way but inked version shows lack of understanding of the shoulder girdle and one shoulder is missing. I'd spend some 30 mins flipping and comparing to good porn art. Also line weight issues become more marked but I'm unable to give a good critique there

Comparing yourself to others like this is already bad, but comparing yourself to what others put on the internet is even worse. artists constantly doctor their content so that they appear faster and better than they really are, even something as simple as releasing the process you recorded in the span of a few hours makes it look like you can just shit out a painting when maybe it took you a week. Artists cheat this shit all the time, they draw a thing and it looks great but you don't see the reference they have offscreen, you don't see the sketches they made beforehand, you don't see anything besides what they want you to see. It isn't even some evil scheme, sometimes it's a just result of removing unnecessary content or posting your content in the relevant hours.
Stop looking at art like some sort of performance, that's the last thing you should be concerned about.
