I want any form of shitty art to be at bare minimum when I search for something on there.

A month ago I was googling Zbrush/3d sculpting and found this shitty nendoroid-inspired wedding cake decorations that look like absolute garbage both in render and 3d printed that was from artstation.
There isn't much that can be done by the mods/admins but I think being very harsh can help. If these people bring up the 'I'm just a hobbyist bro chill bro its just a prank' shit, then I'll tell them 'if you aren't going to make an effort to improve on your hobbies, even if just a little, then you should make an effort to have your gallery be shown on here as little as possible. you people are the reason why there are hipsters literally shoving paint up their ass and shitting them onto a canvas, cause like- modern art. fuck off to the reddit hugbox you cancerous faggot'

It was always the inevitable. Many people already know DeviantArt and Tumblr for places of shitty art, and Artstation will get the same treatment unless quality control will do something about it.

they can be shit at first, even doing crayon scribbles and shit; but the problem with these faggots is that they never improve- or work on improving. And because this pressure doesn't exist, it turns any art submission community into deviantart 2.0, constantly flooded with sonic recolor OCs and shit until people stop using the place because they get sick of having their art be placed next to mario inflation porn.

Having some opening disclaimer that's short and easy to read (so people won't skip it) about how quality is important, and a community that reinforces those rules is good enough.
I think hentai foundry's quality control isn't successful because it'll require people to look through dozens of artwork per min to see whether they're shit or not. Plus, the mod's definition of quality can be skewed into subjectivity. Its not the worst case of this, but its good to see how others have done it and experiment on how to make it better.
