There's no secret. I'm a male and can draw in the style that people claim to be distinctly female.

In reality, I just try to draw women without drawing so much attention to their tits and ass and NEVER (say again) NEVER draw a girl where she is showing her tits and ass at the same time. Not only does it oust you as a boy, but it's extremely unrealistic. It's the torso equivalent of trying to turn your head more than 80° in either direction - it's physically impossible.

Otherwise, I just use very feminine coloring as well. Water color. Low saturation, low value. Gives a girl in any piece a distinctly delicate look. I also try my best to describe contour as simple as possible, which usually means using a lot of straight, efficient lines, even when describing the breasts and butt. I'm also not afraid to cover T and A up or sacrifice them for a more important element if said element occludes them. Throw an oversize tee shirt on her, and book, there's your quintessential "a girl drew this".

It's really just a matter of switch mindset and not focusing so heavily on titties. Literally anyone can do it.

Even accounting for highly flexible people, the max ROM you can likely get out of your spine is 55-60 degrees. Trying to draw this pose can cause a lot of mistakes, but the biggest mistake is elongating the spine and abdomen. It becomes even more egregiously bad when you aren't using perspective and you're trying to draw both breasts or cheeks without a lit of overlap. It's an easy thing to fuck up, whether you're trying to draw like a girl or not.

"Girl art" hates watercolor unless it's used as flat as possible, girls hate texture. They prefer markers for that reason. "Low value" means nothing, do you mean high key? Saturation is always super high which makes the art usually pretty dark in value, girly shit uses always the same colors, a split complementary of skin tone vs. pinks and fuchsia or purple, or they just color pick from Loish. I bet the whole "posting your art next to the markers you used" comes from giving other girls the color codes they need to copy the palette.
The #1 thing about girly art is huge eyes and tiny french noses and mouths, that's why weebshit is indistinguishable unless the artist draws a dead giveaway like huge tits.
Also most of it is traced or swiped from other artists / fashion magazines, being formulaic as fuck is most of why it looks so much like "girl art". No dude would trace a model from a fashion magazine, that kind of posing is made to appeal to girls, not men.
