He's not underrated, it's just in actual industries/illustration jobs your online popularity means nothing.

Mainly it's through word of mouth/recommendations/agents/guilds/random meetings. Actual employers care about reliability as much if not more then the art itself, it would be insane to reach out to some rando on instagram or something who might be a flake or difficult to work with.

Mullins is established in his field, it's a small group of people and they all know him, he has no need to promote himself online or really to have much of a presence.
