This isn't about "porn sells", it's just that anons here will estimate worth based on what they find appealing in a general sense. A commissioner is going to commission you because he likes your art specifically, and he's going to expect his commission to be fulfilled. So if you don't give a guideline for your painting the anon don't even know what you were trying to represent. What if your painting is supposed to be a 40 year old witch? Then it's not good. Maybe your D&D character design looks like shit but if that's exactly what you want commissioned then you'll gladly pay for it.
This is why you get anons rating the same painting 1$, 20$ and 100$.
Add to this that there are cheeky anons trying to shit on people's self-esteem and sowing discord / confusion by throwing random prices around. These threads are pointless and will either inflate your self-worth when your stuff is actually flawed or will make you feel like shit because nobody wants to pay for your paintings.

I'm particularly impressed with how clean everything looks. A lot of artists don't bother to put in the extra work to clean things up, but it can go a long way.
I'd say $50-$60. Practice shading and just grind a bunch, and by the time summer's over, you could easily be at $75+ tier skill level.
