Pretty much my man. Started dieting and lost nearly 30KG. For the first time in my life I see myself as a solid 5. I still have to lose another 10kg and then hit the gym to put on some muscle mass but I can look at myself in the mirror and realise I'm actually not a bad looking guy.

The receding and thinned hairline is pretty shit though. Funnily enough it's not noticeable when my hair is cut at near buzzcut lengths though. Just gotta work with what I have I guess.
