The composition is still aimless, and the stuff going on on the left side feels pointless, but the effort is good. You should probably work on a new piece rather than trying to fix this one to death. Think about composition from the beginning, fixing it at the end is 1000x more effort and usually looks worse.

By aim I don't mean narrative, I mean that the things in the background aren't placed in a way that makes sense aesthetically. There's little direction or flow, and they don't really have synergy with the dude. In other words, I don't find the composition beautiful. Try thinking about how you're leading the eye, focal points, how to place large and small objects, effectively etc.
