No using a brush that can handle hard edges equals better edges

I don't get this post. Can't you berate any artist that isn't up to your personal standard like this?
Your favorite anime artist has litterally x ammount years of experience and all he does is draw bug eyed weeb shit, picasso had x years of experience and all he does is cubism, etc.
I'm going to assume it's what he enjoys and that it pays his bills.

I don't even care about proko and that video was based. So many butt-blasted lazy digital art cucks came out the the woodwork when they got called out. I love that he didn't kiss ass or do that bullshit "everything is ok" shtick

My thoughts on the video: it's bad practice to blame your lack of success on a program's default brushes.
To me, that just sounds like the guy who made the video is too used to certain kinds of brushes and can't make other brushes work because he's set in his ways.
Switch brushes all the time for better results? Sure, on more detailed pieces, such as pseudo-realism portraits and whatnot. But for simpler pieces, like cartoons, for example, it's better to keep your brushes consistent in one drawing, rather than changing them all the time like a spaz. That makes it look like a cluttered mess with no direction. Now that doesn't mean not to experiment with different brushes on new drawings, that just means to keep it consistent on that one drawing.

Has he ever done a digital drawing? I don't recall ever seeing any.

Then again, my only exposure to Peter Han is Dynamic Bible.
