This isn't a real person, to some extent. From other photo comparisons it's shown that it's actually made by a girl who morphs pics of her bf or some shit.

Looks incredibly detailed and realistic, what technology is used for this? Is it a 3D model mashed together with the real life model?

I've searched for this person, I forgot their name but there were non-4chin threads that stated he is a real model and that there are even pictures of performance videos/events on his instagram.
