Also, work on perspective. Otherwise, it's a good looking picture for it's style. The coloring is good. The hands are great. But yeah, you could sharpen your anatomy skills a little. Like in the shoulder area. I can tell what you were trying to do with the downwards angle. But the legs don't look right. It just looks like she has abnormally short legs, as opposed to just being seen from a downward angle.
Work on your lines too. Your lines seem a little bland and one dimensional. Like.. they could use some variation.

I made some updates to the drawing, eventually I got my head up and out of my ass and realised that the original drawing did indeed look muddy because of how desaturated the colours were. A disclaimer- the colours look browned because it's meant to resemble an old fashioned photograph.

Working on this request. I don't normally do superheros, so this is a nice change of pace.

It is not working for you, because you're still trying follow the proportion lines, which only works for flat views. When doing a 3/4 your lines must converge to a vanishing point.

Whenever you're doing Loomis or other figure drawing exercises, and they instruct you to think of simple forms like boxes, cylinders and spheres, then you're working with perspective. If you don't understand the basics of perspective, then you won't be able to check if your forms are correct, and you will be stuck in one big guessing game of whether or not something is drawn right.
