Very often I'll come up with an idea or imagine something only to be able to write it down instead of drawing it like I want to. I've got a notebook full of prompts that I'd like to translate well into drawings. I don't want my ideas to stay worthless.

I like sci-fi and fantasy oil paintings. I want to be able to make those paintings as well.

I just want to be able to show people how I perceive this world. I realized that I genuinely don't "see" reality the way most people see it. For example, It took me a couple of years to realize that I am the tallest in my friend group by a good margin - I suppose it's because I "looked up" on most people there, and therefore my brain just processed that everyone was taller than me, or roughly the same level. I sometimes break through my default perception, and it's a bit surreal feeling, but I quite prefer my way of looking at things.

Anyway, due to this, I'm mostly interested in character drawings (i.e. people) and more specifically, figures. I want to be able to be good enough to capture my mind's image and show it to friends, family, and tell them "this is how I view you, this is who you are in my mind". Really, I just want to be understood, which is what motivates me anyway in all my life, because I generally feel that I'm having a hard time expressing myself. Yet, every time I look at my drawings I realize that I am still miles away and want to kill myself. It's pretty shit.

I wanna draw weird fucked up perverted shit and disseminate it into the internet where it will live forever and ever and ever into perpetuity. But it wont have the right effect if it's not excellently produced. So I git gud
