not directly but a llitle, yes. Improve your life so consequently it helps you draw better.
Improve your breathing, and oxygenation of the brain, so that your mind will be clearer and fresher, and improve your ability to concentrate, endorphins also improve your mood and obviously anyone draws better being happier (in addition to reducing the depression stage in the learning curve of the artists). The physical improvement in the muscles for example provides more hours of drawing with less exhaustion and more energy.

You should try running, OP. It feels great, your breathing improves, helps blood circulation, releases endorphins, you get to think about shit, helps depression, etc...

Also you get high(or diarrhoea)

Absolutely
Also the kind of people who can stick to physical training and self improvement are the same kind of people who can stick to art training and art improvement

Ohhh, during exercise, now that makes sense

Indeed breathing properly does make a difference, when I used to run I learned a technique that consisted of breathing in the rhythm of your steps, it worked

I would even go as far as to say that It is impossible to become good at art without proper health.
>improving a skill means parts of your brain that works during the skill works better (more myelin, grey matter, etc)
>developing your brain for a skill/task takes practice, to practice needs you valuing the abstract potential rewards more than immediate pleasure, requiring functioning prefrontal cortex
>essential parts of your brain stops functioning under bad health
>bad sleep fucks everything good in your brain and activates more of the fight or flight parts
>lack of exercise fucks up tons of shit especially in your brain, including less production of gray matter, growth hormone, and myelin
>shit diet full of sugary junk will cause you insulin resistance causing obesity (the harms are obvious) and in a less obvious way insulin resistance in the brain can cause brain fog and lack of discipline
Becoming a productive creative artist while having an absolutely trashy lifestyle is impossible. Depictions of amazing artist with shit messy life is mostly a myth.

I've been lifting for five years now. That shits easy.
Being unable to draw a fucking circle doesn't motivate me to keep drawing.
There's no tangible goal in drawing like there is with lifting. There's no simple way to measure progress. With lifting I can say "I want to add one rep/weight to the bar". There's no simple metric like that for drawing.

>> No.3829688

>>3829686
>tfw people can lift this long and not know how to draw
Drawing is way easier than lifting. Just draw something then draw it better.

>> No.3829729

>>3829688
>just draw something
Nigger even fucking circles are hard. There's nothing difficult about picking up a weight five times then sit on your ass for a few minutes.
Then again, lifting has become routine to me the same way drawing has become routine to you.
The only hard part is the start.

being more knowledgeable about anatomy and more in tune with your body certainly helps
be mindful that you need fine motor skills for drawing so dont fuck up your fingers and hands

>> No.3829737

>>3829686
exercise is naturally 'easier' or at least more straightforward, because your body literally cannot NOT improve itself if you maintain some sort of fitness regimen. Even after the first day you lift you get a pump, that is an immediate reward.

Drawing's more lofty. If you have no vision to work towards to then it is basically lifting without a physical body or muscles. There's nothing to improve, you just run in circles until you burn out.

I met Sinix at Anime Expo last year. I bought a print of his Princess Peach painting and told him how his videos have helped my art. Later I went to use the bathroom and he ended up using the urinal right next to me. I thought it was weird since there were like 7 urinals there but whatever. I didn’t hear any peeing noises coming from him and I look over and he’s facing me with his 5 inch freckles erect penis and ginger bush. I yell out “what the fuck man?!” and he just goes “c’mon c’mooooooooon” kind of softly. I run out of there and he kind of chases me a bit but shrugs and walks off. I didn’t even get to wash my hands.

I know, anon-friend. It's just agonizing to be shit at literally every single thing you do. Trying to hype yourself up to draw when you can't do anything isn't easy. Hell, that's why I'm here, now.
>>3829737
>If you have no vision to work towards to then it is basically lifting without a physical body or muscles.
And that's (one) big problem with drawing: No clear goal or point to work towards.
