Watch this playlist and study the fundamentals in pic related. (Right now only focus on the things in the bottom of the pyramid.)

Your proportions are wrong. The shoulders are placed too far away from the torso, the arms are way too thin and the neck is too thick in comparison to the body. The body overall has no curves whatsoever, which it should have. The Line quality is inconsistent and shaky.

Also you should read the sticky post which links back to a small beginners guide, which is also helpful because it shows you how to get rid of symbol drawing.
