so much wrong in this.

steve huston is good for beginners, but you can also use it all the way to finished render. its a very delicate style.

scott Robertson/dynamic bible=soulless shit. not scott Robertson himself, but theres no way you will draw like him.

ctrl paint is shit too.

anatomy for sculptors. yea no. just learn to simplify the body.

Gesture is just composition applied to figure drawing.
Animals, Anatomy, Environment, Objects aren't really in line with everything else because they aren't actually the fundamental building blocks, imo.
Also for Objects I'd rename it to either Hard Surface or Mechanical for clarity (if that is your intention).

Personally I'd add another topic called "Subject Matters" and put in Human Figure (maybe with gesture and anatomy underneath), Objects and Environment there.

Art the whole of all these subjects. I want to break it down into smaller subjects so i have a better plan to tackle then. I will then add more down as i go, for example i will add hand, face, legs to the anatomy, and then organic stuff trees bushes rock etc.

The real question as far as I'm concerned is learned to git gud at digital drawing.

Maybe I've been doing sketchbooks for too many years but trying to transition to digital has been agonizing for me. Especially when different programs are better at different things and I have to fuck with tablet settings on each one. And I cant afford a display tablet so I'm stuck looking at a screen as opposed to at my hands.

The result is that I just end up going back to sketchbooks anytime I want to draw then wonder why I'm not improving digitally.

I'm kind of worried about this. I'm a total beginner but I got a tablet on sale for christmas. I'd say it's bad form to study each subject "one by one". The fundamentals work together to form a cohesive whole and it's better to strengthen all the parts together then to try to master one subject before moving on. Even then you'll never really master a subject, there will always be something to study or practice so it's better to work generally on everything so you can later get highly specific and specialize in the areas you want like say 5 point perspective. But that's just my take on it, you should try to do your own thing instead of just doing what everyone else says to do (loomis). That way you always know exactly what you're doing and why/how it fits into getting you to your own goals.
