so like if there was a time schism event that led to a second identical reality to ours being replicated down to subatomic levels, would the 2 different universes ever naturally diverge or would they always be identical?

Like lets say there was an event that led to an exact duplication multiverse situation in like 1950. With no intentional inciting action to cause the 2 timelines to diverge, would they be different now? Would lighting strike exactly the same in both verses?

yeah but there are different approaches and theories and stuff. Like the whole Quantum suicide thing. If every atomic interaction is a coinflip or whatever, and we were able to make an exact replica of existence, would every quantum coin flip land the same in existence prime and existence backup?

Would lighting, which is electricity hopping down particles towards earth, have the same particles to travel down in both existences? Would lighting strike twice?
