Here are a bunch of roll lists I collected over time, should give you plenty of ideas

Get a notebook. Whenever you get an idea or something even slightly inspiring, write it down.
That's what I do and I'm never out of stuff to draw.

find a cool reference and riff off of it
get mini-ideas while consuming media and expand on them later

Google aphantasia.

Give yourself restrictions. I find if I'm left to my own devices, my head is usually over run with ideas and I feel too overwhelmed to grasp on to any and develop them further. So restrictions kind of force you to have concrete problems to creatively solve, instead of letting your brain run wild (which isn't a bad thing, in fact in some cases it's a great thing). A fun game I found that has restrictions is ask some friends for 5 words and design a character or create an illustration based on those words. It's pretty fun.

I am learning to draw to illustrate my own stories. I have hundreds, if not thousands, of pictures that I want to draw.
Running out of ideas? Not in this lifetime.
Better question Is: why did You learn to draw in the first place?

What is "lame" depends from person to person, but I can come up with ideas on the fly, pretty easily. Here are examples:

Draw a landscape from a picture (just google "beautiful landscape" and you'll get tons of photos to choose from). Or go outside and draw a landscape from around where you live.

Draw a fictional landscape. Reinterpret a fantasy one, like a landscape from Lord of the Rings or Star Wars. Iike "a lakeside city" or "a mountainside village under the snow"

Characters: beside the obvious "draw naked people", try drawing famous people in funny situations. For example: "Trump challenging Putin to a dance-off on a 70's disco dancefloor" and try to make it epic and/or funny.

Do you watch youtube channels? Draw your favorite youtuber in whatever they're doing (a pewdiepie video were he plays smash? Draw him as mario fighting a pikachu)

Do you want some monsters? Draw some dragons. Original monsters? Draw a monsterified version of some heavy machinery (what if a backhoe loader was a monster, for instance).

Want to draw some animal? google them. Want to draw fictional animal? Then take a real one and imagine it living in a different environement (polar lions, tree-climbing dogs, etc)

But the core idea of >>3727385 was: why did you learn to draw in the first place? Were you wanting to draw waifus? did you want to paint your house? did you have a story to tell? did you want to make someone's portrait to please him? You need to find something to drive you, just going "meh, I'll draw whatever" without focus is the best way to lose all motivation

Have you ever asked yourself why it is you want to draw in the first place? I think most people have some end goal that they want to achieve, whether that's working on/creating a comic, drawing porn, doing concept art for a game, or doing it for its' own sake, usually to convey some thought or emotion.

Just google art prompts.
Take whatever anime/game is popular right now and draw fanart of the most liked character.
Do studies on what you are bad at, anatomy, settings, hands, feet, etc.
Do still from movies or tv shows you like.

anyone ITT that claims to have aphantasia, do you get even a blob of an idea when I say names like, Solid Snake, pikachu, Trump, harry potter. I can't picture perfectly structured these peoples faces are but I can get an idea, a blurry idea of what they look like. If you can do that you don't have aphantasia.
