What if I don't offer anything?

I don't think there's any need to have rewards... You're already making art for your patrons. You're not obligated to make rewards at all. If you still want to reward, then you could draw/paint something Patreon only.

I have four tiers.

Tier 1 has Reddit Flair and a Discord rank. It doesn't need to be fancy.

full-res PSDs, private youtube links to the process video
maybe a commission above a certain price
as long as you're not huge it's pointless to think about
some people don't even do rewards and post everything, but I don't know if artists do that though, it tends to be other media for some reason

There's not a need but the truth is if you don't offer additional value most people don't donate.

One thing I think is the best 'bang for your buck' is giving people votes in strawpolls and decionmaking stuff for a monthly drawing or like a raffle for a 'free' commission. It's one drawing a month but if you've got a decently interested following you can get a lot of people wanting to be involved in the process.

Some people just want to give you money so always have a $1 tier, regardless of rewards. Nsfw, if you advertise it, will likely be your biggest pull, put that up higher.

Unlikely. If you only had a $10 tier that might be a concern, but not with lower tiers to compensate. Adding zeroes is what will really scare people off.

Your numbers also seem large enough to give it a shot. Once you put up tiers you can always go back and fine tune for better results, you are never stuck with what you started with.
Your new patrons will also be able to give you direct feedback on whether things can go higher or need to go lower (or good as is). You can also ask your current followers if $10 is too much.
