I participated in a reddit jojo oc tournament a while back actually.
Anna is a long range stand user that acts as a switchboard that can can connect to 8 different things using ethernet cable like projectiles. After connecting, she can read/write properties to objects. The properties disappear after disconnecting.
Her bio is that she was a bullied kid that grew up to be a private science tutor for college kids.

IMO they need to ban those types of threads and "draw this in your style" threads. They were a nice idea but soon word will get out that you can get artists on /ic/ to quickly draw pictures of their OC/Waifu for free this way. Then the board will get flooded with request threads. I would rather have those "how do I draw like this random nip anime artist" threads.

Even the "skill test" threads seem to be turning into a way to get people to draw their selfies/friends/gfs for free.

Stand name: Deathconsciousness
Backstory: Born out of a man's clinical depression, this stand grants him the ability to know what death truly feels like.
Ability: This stand manifests as a cigarette pack with it's name written on the front. The pack provides an infinite amount of what appears to be cigarettes. The smoke inhaled causes a person to slowly but surely be drained of all emotion and life from their body and mind until all but their consciousness remains.
