I can't believe you'd bring racism into a pristine art board like /ic/, with that swastika. So I won't rate. But rate this.

Ive seen it used to mark bhuddist statues and shit to symbolize balance or peace or whatever but when using a symbol in Western context, it's Western meaning will take priority over what it means to some other culture.

You're wrong buddy
When I look at OP's art I feel that it conveys a deep message about buddhism. The skeleton is smiling, symbolizing that the buddhist is not afraid of death because he has achieved enlightement
He's "having a bad time" but he is still smiling because the worst that can happen to you is death and it's nothing for the buddhist to fear
