I'm serious, ask many talented artists and they will tell you they started off with kindergarden tier drawings.

this is the age of instant gratification
people want to draw/paint like the masters without the effort involved, some aren't worth the time trying to educate on this matter. either you enjoy it and the journey or you're a needy child who wants it all now.

The issue with this is that most talented artists started off with kindergarten tier drawings in kindalergarden, and have been drawing ever since. But yes, draw every day and you will improve, so long as you make an effort to improve that is.

I think this is a closed minded way to look at it, I enjoy drawing because I like creating something that looks good, if the whole time I'm drawing something it looks terrible, I'm getting a whole lot less enjoyment out of it. There's also no black and white, it isn't just you enjoy something or you don't, you can boil it down to that, but there are many things I can do that I enjoy more than drawing something that looks like shit, so it's hard not to. There have been days where I like what I'm drawing and I feel like things are clicking, I'll draw for 4 hours straight and forget I need to sleep for work. Other times my art looks terrible and I'd just rather play some vidya or watch a movie with my friend.

People don't draw every day?
I mean, yeah, I miss days, but there's a difference between missing days, and not drawing due to lack of desire to at all.

I'm referring to people who need to be told. You can have bad days or days where you don't draw and not come to a website to complain or ask for magical solutions to be able to draw from your imagination exactly like it looks like in your head. You can enjoy improvement itself, not purely the end dream.
For example, threads are made near daily on this board.

To add to your post, I just wanna say the secret isn't solely in drawing everyday, it's attempting to improve everyday.

If you simply draw every day, you stagnate. You enter your comfort zone of drawing the same subjects you're comfortable with and know you can draw well. But without attempting to push your limits and draw something new, your skill level will remain where it's at now.
So don't simply practice drawing, attempt to draw something new, something you're terrible at, so that you can learn and be better.
