Just keep on drawing everyday and you'll teach yourself. That's literally it. A lot of professional internet artists just kept drawing everyday. Use references of your choosing whether it's people, cartoon characters, cars, buildings etc. Steps 4 and 5 are the most important and difficult for beginners. Once you master those two steps, you'll be on your way.

The most important thing I can tell you right off the bat that I wish I understood when I started was that drawing from imagination and drawing from life are separate skill sets, and need to be practiced separately. You can draw from life for 15+ years and get quite good at it while still being garbage at drawing from imagination. See Proko.
