Looks like a regular western anime face save for the big cheek bone. Features doesn't seem to line up very well with the cat skull anyways.

Best approximation of what they were going for.

Quick google search shows they were trying to make a human/cat skull hybrid but didn't really specify where the ear canal would go which is odd considering the ears are the main difference here.
