The larger issue here seems to be that she is missing an abdomen and her hips appears to be asymmentical and too narrow. Neck is a bit thin for those shoulders and the arms are too thin for those shoulders. There is no reason that head would not be tilted on that socket given how bent the the spine is. Try to actually get into that pose and bend over sideways and notice your head movements on your neck. Lastly the right shoulder appears larger for no reason.

did you mean for her to be leaning forward? because it reads like shes hunching her back but also thrusting her hip forward which is a weird pose that makes her boobs look saggy and her silhouette look frumpy (as it would if a model did this in real life)
the overall gesture is also strange and unappealing like you wanted something interesting but couldn't quite nail it, resulting in something unbalanced with funky proportions
if you want her to be leaning forward you have to stack your torso better and get that bellybutton in perspective to make it read.

I think that you should use the lighting/drawing you do to emphasize the form of what you're drawing.

I'll focus on the witches hat for one item:
The shadows in your drawing don't give a strong sense of form or direction of the light. I can sort of see that it's from the right hand side, but the highlights don't seem focused(down the middle, along the edges, etc), and the shading pretty low contrast/flat, and the overlapping of shadows at the tip of the witches hat makes it so that the tip feels like it's on the same plane as the conical section of the hat, rather than sticking out behind.

I'm by no means the best, but I drew this up to make the point. I define my light source and use the lighting to emphasize the 3d characteristics of the hat. When the shadows move over and the highlights aren't directional, the hat comes out more unclear.

I tried drawing a witch's hat for an example, I'm by no means the best at... anything, but I think that by defining the shape of objects in space and using the color/shading of the objects to emphasize the 3 dimensional character, you'll get a more rich looking picture.

It's an interior scene so I could see the shadow and form values being lighter, but there's a bit of inconsistencies with the angles you are defining, or areas that could use better shadow shapes. You could work on defining occlusion for things, I can see the drawing is a quick one so you will have to judge if you still have to work on it or that's the best you can do at this time.

Your bubbles got this outline are undeniably terrible as they obstruct the image with a crude, thick and crusty look. I think you benefit of having a smaller outline or none at all.
For the font and lettering, you can try making it look more professional.

IMO, you can do better with the dialogue if lettering by using the diamond rule of thumb and cut down sentences to change the flow and phase. I see you don't play much with panel sizes, as they come off as very squared. Be sure to read comics and pick up inspirations.

one feedback or rather warning i'll give you is since you made the darker skinned girl the most athletic you might face some criticism as many black people in media are often pigeon holed into athletic and entertainer type roles. this isn't to say you can't have a character like that but that you should be careful to assess and examine your own biases and why you choose to design a character in this way to hopefully prevent yourself from thoughtlessly perpetuating these biases in back into our culture.

i only really bring this up because this looks like a class project/school thing, or possibly prep work for a comic or vn or what have you and you're almost certainly gonna get this kinda response but possibly not as kind and respectfully from others in a classroom setting/if you do manage to net any kind of notable audience

Is alright, but you could do some things better.

For example, since you are trying to mimic the classical cartoon image, you could also use some of the techniques cartoonists use like using different weight in the lines, instead of just one size of brush.

Face and expression are cute enough despite sticking to the original design, which is pretty hard so I'll give you that.

I recommend looking up coloring books, they have interesting poses and perspectives that stick to the feel of cartoons that you are going for. For inspiration.

You might need to work more on technique before you worry about brushes. Try using darker colours for the shadows in order to create more contrast, the shading on the horns in particular looks too similar to the base colour so it kind of blurs together.
It also looks like you just drag the colour picker straight down when choosing colours for the shadows, making the picture look quite muddy. I'm assuming you're using something like a colour wheel on the software you're using, so try moving the hue towards warmer or cooler colours depending on what you want the mood of the picture to be. You probably don't want to overdo it if you want the picture to be more muted.
TL;DR: for shadows use darker colours that aren't just base colour + black.
I'll drop the one colouring tutorial I have too, might give you some inspiration.

Wish I could have done this for you before you put lines down. It's a shitty edit but it makes the torso shorter and ass less extreme. Nothing wrong with super huge ass but it would need the body foreshortened. Without foreshortening it's hard to get the zoom in effect and you rather get the weird anatomy effect.

Thanks for the edit, the change you made to the outline on the back just before the ass made me understand what I was doing wrong there.

My torso is long but the character itself is known as taller than average so maybe I should keep it? As for the ass I intentionally made it big
because I wanted to really exaggerate that personally (I have no shame).

I will make the changes you made to her right leg outline under her ass cause my line there is too curved and the breast cause my slope is too steep. Thanks again.

Long torso isn't automatically bad, do it if you want I guess? Easier to fall into uncanny valley if you're not careful. Maybe try checking out famous doujin artist Raita if you haven't already. His women are many heads tall with long torsos, and he draws torpedo tits too.

Tried doing it myself, with long-ish torso. Maybe you can use something in it.

when ur tilting a head back you need to tilt the whole thing instead of just the features
i flattened the top of her head a bit and angled the eyes more along with some other changes
I also added some greens just to give u an idea of what using a complementary in there would look like and played around w some other colours. If you decide to do so I'd suggest not just usin a soft brush like i did tho.
