Here's some abandoned sketches similar to your drawing, and try to compare it from your head and see where you can improve but do not directly copy the drawing you have to figure out your own interpretation of the ideal on your own. Study on how to better convey basic forms to help you better convey a three dimensional drawing. Fun with a pencil will introduce you to these basic forms, and successful drawing, drawing the heads and hands, and figure drawing for all its worth will help better describe these forms and how to refine them by going very technical using mechanical perspective.

If you have trouble with mechanical perspective, look up perspective made easy.

-You seem to have problems with foreshortening the fingers as well.
-The details in the skirt are quite decent, but the legs have too much of a uniform size and her knees should be visible.

-Her shoulders seem to pop out of her torso, you should study up on that as well. Her neck should be place more to our left.

It looks like you just putting lines down in random places on her dress. Keep in mind the geometry of the clothing as it's being warped by the body underneath. In this position, there should be visible crease marks where the thighs bend from the hips. These creases will fan out a bit as they approach the middle, and then smoothly join together. The dress in the center will likely form a smooth arch in this position (with maybe some slight bumps) if you draw a line from the edge of her dress to her belly button, whereas the dress at the top of her thighs will form sharp angles in contrast with her torso. Also, the edge of the dress in the middle should be closer to her body on the horizontal plane because it's drooping down more than the parts of the dress on her thighs. If you were to look at the edge of the dress from a 90° side view, it would look diagonal instead of vertical.

Im new to digital art and I need to know, Can anyone explain how to do thin line art? When I try to do it, it looks like chicken scratch because the lines are so thin that making one continuous line is difficult if that makes any sense

If you're just starting out, I'd recommend you not to use overly thin lines. Just use a moderately-sized brush and practice the usual draftsmanship exercises

there's not much to really post about it. it'd just be copying and then doing your own stylization then comparing to it. at a point you get a taste that doesn't need to be posted for critique since your eye is discerning enough.
