Bridgman is an example of drawing anatomy as design more than reaslistic anatomy. You're supposed to take the forms form bridgman and then draw them in any way you want. I've found bridgman's stuff pretty useful but my drawings don't look anything like his.

There is literally nothing constructive about the middle. You can literally just look at people and figure that out. Notice how with the bridgeman pictures the forms simplify and fit into each other mechanically? I bet your art looks like garbage.
