Use it to get better result or to finish your work faster. Cheating? nope.

Use it as part of your "practice"? you're cheating yourself and you're wasting all the time you could be using to practice properly. The only one at a disadvantage is yourself. Imagine you get good result relying on it but you could be WAY better with proper practice and polished fundamentals + relying on similar tools.

The OP is showing an object/pose system which is a built in feature of clip studio paint, which is a fully fledged drawing program. I believe design doll is just a posing program, which you would then have to screenshot and add into whatever drawing program you use

I think that what really matters is that you succeed.
I would say that if you are able to trace well and actually create meaningfull content then you probably have true talent and or are pleasing someone. a dj for example uses others songs but its way more complex than it seems.
