Step 1: Learn how to draw girls with average proportions
Step 2: Look up references for girls at your desired weight

That's it. The method for drawing realistic fat people isn't any different than drawing any other kind of figure. You do all the same basic stuff, just with a chubbier reference. And for the love of god use references. It ain't hard to find plenty of BBW model content you can use to build your visual library. If you wanna draw fat girls you probably already have an extensive "library" anyways.

Thank you

What's a good way of using references? Just basically keeping a huge folder of references and practicing with them?

Do a lot of bean exercises and gestural work to make your figures have weight and look appealing. Vilppu is your man for this kinds of stuff.

Do you know how to construct a skinny body? If so, just apply that knowledge but with using an fat body reference to see where to place fat.

Use references the way you do for any drawing; as something to build your idea off of, a visual reminder, or a figure to try and accurately study and replicate.

Spend some time looking at videos and pictures of fat girls with figures you wanna draw. Don't ogle them; study them as an artist and pay attention to all the details. Focus on how they move, how their weight affects their pose, etc. Keep all of that in mind when you try to draw your own girls. Focus on what makes it appealing to you, but don't disregard proper anatomy: at the end of the day, every fat person has the same normal skeleton buried inside them.

Also I'm sure you have artists you like that draws bbws; study them. Look at their art and try to really figure out what it is you like about it. Think about what makes their art appeal to you, what they do to make it work. People draw fat in A LOT of different ways, and there really isn't a "correct" method (there's a ton of wrong ones though). BBWs, especially at high weight ranges, are typically drawn in a stylized manner. You should start out realistic but don't be put off by it not reflecting what you want out of your fat art. Its important to figure out what does and does not appeal to you before stylizing it.

Yeah, more or less. If you're a beginner, the best advice anybody can give you would be to practice a lot.

Try both and stick with the one you like the most. People learn in different ways.

Instead of reading only try doing studies where you take some photos and draw to match them, Its in the beginner guide really but doing like value drawings of the human body in general I think will help you.

It certainly helped me.
