You can tell it "does not look japanese" because you have the incorrect forms and head proportion. It's fine details that make a huge difference hence why it is very difficult to mimic a style to the point you pass as a Chink. It honestly does look like it was done from a Western that studied off Christopher Hart, I suggest you stop copying from anime and start developing your own approach.
