Remember to take a rest from time to time, rest is also one of the most important thing if you don't want to burn out.
Drink a lot of water, listen to musics and exercise!
We're all gonna make it!

Videogames aren't fun anymore
Exercising is a pain
Music is shit
I can't enjoy anime/movies anymore
Drawing is the only thing that is still enjoyable in my life

This is my dream. Just so I can finally completely focus on it and do something with it. Though come to think of it, not sure art's the safest route. But it's something I've always loved.

I took a break over the weekend and now everything I draw is actually worse than ever.

Considering killing myself

Just keep drawing. Many people go through this. You will get your groove back. Draw what you want to draw for now.

But I draw 8 hours a day for fun now like my video games. Should I stop?

This might not help you, but it helped me. Some anon in some other thread here suggested that we draw 10 ovals, 10 shaded cubes, and 10 faces every day with no exceptions.

So, I drew around that many shaded cubes, shaded ovals, and a bunch of silhouettes of faces. In the end I felt good. Sure, the painting I tried to do afterward didn't immediately turn out to be any good, but that's because I'm tired and I don't want to paint an entire scene. Anyways, I still felt way better about art that way. I even learned a few things I never realized about spheres and cubes in 3D and how they are shaded--and even how that applies to more complex things, like the body.

Unless you're an obsessive type, ignoring the rest of your life is eventually going to come back to bite you in the ass.

It already sounds like you have some level of depression.
It's only going to get worse as your physical health declines.
When the last thing you have that you enjoy is no longer fun you're going to be in a bad place.

You don't have to be super fit, but some light physical activity, better sleep and a cleaner diet will go a long way.

If you want better focus that's the complete opposite and very short sighted way to go about it.
Drawing 16 hours a day while ignoring everything else is not disciplined.
Drawing what you can manage consistently while keeping your physical and mental health in check is.

Think of it as min-maxing, you don't want to make up for a sub-optimal build by just grinding harder.
Focus on optimizing for quality first, then you can work yourself up to how ever many hours you think is necessary.
It'll take you a bit longer to get up to speed but it will pay out in the long run.

You're just looking at your work with fresh eyes, you have been at that level all this time.
