I know I didn't do the models exactly but I prefer drawing characters I'm gonna use in the future when I do studies, gives me extra practice with drawing them. Honestly? Study your fundies. The more you understand proper construction and anatomy and lighting and shadow, the easier it becomes to stylize stuff. Anime is just one form of stylization, where the eyes are exaggerated, and noses are made very small.

Like, don't just DO fundies though, feel free to draw anime in between, or whatever you like, the more you do it, the easier it gets. There's no magic secret toward getting good at this outside of lots and lots of practice. Your brain needs to internalize all of the little nuances that make up the construction and form of a figure. Each time you do it, you absorb a bit more, and a bit more. Thus, sinking a lot of hours and, and putting the time into it pays off in the long run. Eventually you don't even think about it, it just comes to you like a second language almost.

Also, feel free to study your favorite artists. Like straight up draw what they draw as best as you can to study and internalize the way they draw or paint things. Humans learn by imitation, and when you combine this with your own understanding of the fundamentals, this is how you learn to stylize anime.

Get the Yoshinari Sketch collection and draw from it. Also, the obvious fundies, so Loomis, Vilpuu, Hampton, Robertson, etc... Scott Roberson especially, his book on perspective is a must, and if you can draw a cube in perspective, you can draw pretty much anything.

That aside, draw stuff from mangaka who are really skilled. So Murata ofc, Inoue, etc...

breasts won't look like that unless they're really mashed up against something hard, the teeth look as if they extend beyond the lips, the eyes should be more relaxed and the white above the iris shouldn't be visible. you need to be working on the forms of the body first, draw her arm using cylindrical forms before adding the clothes. also i do recommend loomis, if you can break down the figure using 3D forms (spheres, boxes, cylinders, etc) and then add the lines over that, it will look more 3 dimensional and less flat, and help out your anatomy.
