But what I think the guy is getting at is that you use the proportions that people use for cute things which is like 2-3 heads tall combine that with the heavy stylization and it doesn't come off as sexy at all and is very unfitting.

If you want to continue drawing like that you should stick to cute subjects which will fit it otherwise you're going to need to switch to a more realistic proportion and emphasis sexual things like curves and anatomy.

Still it is subjective and I'm not a pro but this is probably the fairest answer you're going to get.

A short crit on your stuff: It's unappealing. Not because of a lack of anatomy or form, but a bland style.
Your poses are boring, the facial expressions lifeless and the color choices mediocre at best. Study art that you personally find sexy. Tell a story with your pictures. Try to think about the character - Is she embarassed? Horny? Inviting? Smug? What is she doing? If you go for a cartoony look you are selling ideas. The one point in which cartoons are superior to realistic art is, that it's easier to self insert or project another situation/ person onto the character. Think about the situations that were sexy in your own life. If there aren't any I must ask - why are you trying to draw lewds? Your idea of the subject matter seems very superficial.
